YES.
The next time you receive correspondence from the Condo Board about anything: KEEP IT. Throw it in a binder, though if not that--keep it in a plastic bag, a box, a folder. Just DON'T THROW IT AWAY.
If you are buying a condo...Please....SAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS!!
I have a current document list request form from a local Calgary management company. They will charge you incredible amounts to PHOTOCOPY what is already yours. A complete set of condo documents can be DOUBLE your legal fees. This current one is OVER $1300 for a complete set of condo docs. The next time you read your minutes & throw them out--throw $25-35 in the garbage can with it.
BEWARE!!
(When you go to sell you will be pleased you kept that pile of junk!)
