Is spring right around the corner? Listing counts are low, I beleive people are sick of winter and want to get a jump out of their current homes and into the spring market. Only about 1.5 months of inventory for the city averages, making this a busy Seller's Market (balances is approx 2.5-3.5 months of inventory). Thinking of listing? I'd give it some serious thought. The predictors out there say this market is short lived and this current increase will quickly fade, making our year over year sales price increases quite moderate.
